Studio 955 (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through studio955.ca and how we use it, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send the contact form or email us: your name, email, and anything else you choose to share, such as phone number, project location and project details.
- Analytics. Only if you accept cookies: anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate region. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare consultations and estimates, and understand which parts of the website are useful. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the website and receive enquiries (for example, our website host and form-delivery service), and trades or consultants working on your project with your knowledge. Some providers may store data outside Canada.
Cookies
The site sets no analytics cookies unless you choose Accept on the cookie notice. You can change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing your browser’s site data.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
