1. You brief us on your ideas and vision, and we add our input if you would like it.
2. We schedule a site visit to assess the existing space structurally, or to see the new build site.
3. We connect you with a dedicated designer who oversees the complete design journey.
4. Once the design is final, we provide an estimate. When we’re in sync, construction begins — we handle architectural plans, permits and more.

Design options and finishes can be overwhelming. Our designer keeps recommendations focused on your vision and makes the most of your space. They also act as project manager, streamlining communication between everyone involved — so the build or renovation moves faster and more smoothly once a defined design is in place.

Yes. We have completed many projects where the client defines the design and our lead contractor brings it to life. The timeline may take a little longer, but we get there together.

Yes. Depending on the scope, our work is guaranteed for three to five years and is fully insured. Everything we build is made with longevity in mind.

Yes. We design, build and renovate homes and commercial spaces — kitchens and bathrooms, and equally lobbies, entrances and offices.

Occasionally. We work across the Greater Toronto Area and take on projects beyond it when they’re the right fit. Get in touch and we’ll tell you whether our visions align.
